Job summary

National Dental Care in Mandurah, WA, seeks an experienced Dentist to join a well-established 5-chair practice. Enjoy clinical autonomy, a flexible roster (Mon, Wed–Sat) and locum options for short-term cover.

You’ll work with four Associate Dentists and an in-house Prosthetist, providing general dentistry to an established patient base with ongoing mentoring and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical dentistry experience in Australia.
• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Professional indemnity insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry to an established patient base.

Are you an experienced Dentist looking for an established patient base, flexible working options and the opportunity to practise with clinical autonomy?

DB Dental Mandurah is looking for a Dentist to join its well-established 5-chair practice in Mandurah. The opportunity offers a flexible roster across Monday and Wednesday to Saturday, with locum availability also available for Dentists looking for short-term cover.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Provide general dentistry to an established patient base
• Build long-term relationships with patients with consistent appointment demand
• Practise with clinical autonomy without KPIs or sales targets
• Work alongside four experienced Associate Dentists and an in-house Prosthetist
• Access clinical support, mentoring and ongoing professional development
• Explore regular or locum opportunities depending on your availability

About You

We're looking for a Dentist who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years' clinical experience practising in Australia
• Holds current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Holds professional indemnity insurance
• Has excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Is committed to delivering high-quality patient care

DB Dental Mandurah is a well-established 5-chair practice located in Mandurah, WA.

The practice has an established patient base and consistent appointment demand and is supported by four experienced Associate Dentists and an in-house Prosthetist.
