Job summary

National Dental Care is seeking a Lead Dentist for DB Dental Mandurah to join the team from December. This four-day-per-week role includes treating your own patient base while providing clinical leadership and mentoring to other clinicians in the practice.

You’ll lead by example, support high standards of patient care, and contribute to practice growth in a well-established Mandurah clinic equipped with modern technology and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Holds current AHPRA registration.
• Strong clinical experience across general dentistry.
• Confident across a broad range of clinical presentations.
• Genuine interest in mentoring and developing other clinicians.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider team.
• Can lead by example and support a high standard of clinical care.

Are you an experienced Dentist looking for a genuine clinical leadership opportunity within an established Mandurah practice?

National Dental Care is looking for a Lead Dentist to join DB Dental Mandurah from December.

This is a four-day-per-week opportunity, with working days available Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. You’ll continue treating your own established patient base while providing clinical leadership, mentoring and support to other clinicians within the practice.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Deliver high-quality general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry
• Lead, mentor and support other clinicians
• Help maintain strong clinical standards and best-practice patient care
• Contribute to team development and practice growth
• Work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team on practice initiatives

About you

We’re looking for a Dentist who:

The practice has an established patient base and consistent appointment demand, supported by four experienced Associate Dentists and an in-house Prosthetist.
