Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in CS/Analytics/IT or related discipline.
- 10+ years in Data Engineering/Analytics/BI leading enterprise-scale data initiatives.
- Extensive experience designing and governing cloud data platforms (data warehouses, lakehouses).
- Experience with DataOps, AI readiness, and modern data architectures.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across the Data & Analytics function, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security.
- Own and optimise analytics ecosystems including cloud data platforms and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Lead design and delivery of scalable data products and self-service analytics.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to drive platform innovation and data maturity.
