Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup is seeking a Lead Domain Architect (Data) to provide strategic architectural leadership across a large enterprise. This EL2-equivalent role develops domain architecture, roadmaps, and strategic direction for data, ensuring alignment with security and business priorities.

Based in Australia with hybrid working options, you will influence major technology investments and mentor delivery teams across programs and projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing and delivering complex enterprise data solutions and initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into architectural outcomes.
• Experience developing architecture frameworks, governance models, standards, patterns and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain domain architecture, future state designs, and strategic roadmaps.
• Provide expert architectural leadership across major programs, projects, and initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between solution architecture, enterprise standards, security requirements, and business objectives.
• Lead analysis of complex business and technology challenges and develop strategic recommendations.
• Establish and maintain architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Review and assure solution designs, identifying risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, solution architects, security specialists, data leaders, and delivery teams.
• Influence technology investment and prioritisation decisions through strategic architectural advice.
• Represent the domain at architecture review boards and governance forums.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on organisational capabilities.
• Mentor architects and technical specialists to strengthen architectural capability.
