Job summary

Mission Critical Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a nine-building data centre development in West Melbourne. You will own the delivery strategy and set up governance for a complex, greenfield project with strong leadership and commercial discipline.

With a 2.5–3 year horizon, you will shape the team, drive performance, manage client relationships and ensure robust systems and processes across the programme to deliver on time and to budget.

• Take full accountability for the successful execution of a nine-building development.
• Establish robust project controls, systems and processes that drive consistency and accountability.
• Provide direction across programme, commercial, contractual and operational activities.
• Develop strong working relationships with the client and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the nine-building development delivery.
• Establish robust project controls and delivery processes.
• Provide direction across programme, commercial, contractual and operations.
• Lead and mentor the project management team for the programme.
• Ensure collaboration between internal teams, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities to protect delivery timelines and outcomes.
