Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Lead Cyber Security Analyst to drive vulnerability and posture management across our complex technology environment. You will lead a team, coordinate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Identity and Security Architecture, and shape strategy, governance and risk-based remediation programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership of enterprise Vulnerability and Posture Management programs.
• Hands-on with vulnerability tools: Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with secure configuration standards and CIS benchmarks.
• Eligible for Baseline security clearance and Australian citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability and posture management capabilities and governance.
• Oversee vulnerability remediation prioritisation and executive reporting.
• Guide remediation across infrastructure, cloud, and identity teams.
• Develop standards, procedures, metrics, and reporting.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, and control assurance.
• Mentor Cyber Security Analysts and foster a high-performing team.
