Qualifications

• Requires CISSP certification and IRAP certification or suitability to achieve this certification.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities in cyber security.
• Experience with governance, risk and compliance (GRC) in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cyber security activities across projects, ensuring delivery of security outcomes and compliance with standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and professional development to the Cyber Security team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cyber security solutions aligned with objectives.
• Define, implement and verify system-level cyber security requirements with Systems Engineers and Development teams.
• Act as technical authority for cyber security matters, advising on risk assessments and incident response.
• Drive robust technical analysis, root-cause investigations and governance practices.
• Represent HDA in system-level cyber security discussions with customers and partners.
• Perform other duties to support project and business objectives.
