Job summary

Earth Fix Australia Pty Ltd – Stapylton QLD is seeking an experienced Crushing Operator to run and supervise crushing operations while maintaining safety and productivity. You will manage loaders, monitor quality, and mentor crew members.

Role requires proven crushing/loader experience, knowledge of recycled concrete products and soils, and a strong safety record. White Card, Front End Loader RII, and Excavator RII are preferred; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in crushing operations and loader operation.
• Knowledge of recycled concrete products & soils.
• A strong track record of working safely.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• Front End Loader RII.
• Excavator RII.
• MR/HR/HC licences would be an advantage but not required.
• Availability to work Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Operating loaders and other crushing/screening equipment when required.
• Managing and maintaining crushing, screening, and soil processing equipment.
• Monitoring production for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Training and mentoring crew members.
• Liaising with management and following site directives.
