Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant - ServiceNow with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). This is a senior consulting role working within a large enterprise environment, providing leadership across ServiceNow implementations and integrations to optimise IT operations.

This is an initial 6 month contract paying $510 plus super per day.

Responsibilities

• Lead ITAM, CMDB, and ServiceNow integration initiatives to align IT processes with business objectives.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow development, including Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Access Controls, and Service Portal configuration.
• Drive best practices across ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and CSDM architecture, including data modelling and module utilisation (CSM, SOW, HAM, and Reporting).

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years\' experience in ITSM, CMDB, and ServiceNow platform development.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
• Strong technical proficiency across ITAM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and CSDM framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Desirable Skills

• Additional experience with ServiceNow HAM, CSM, and reporting capabilities.
• Broader background in enterprise IT infrastructure and tool administration.
