Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Concrete Plant Supervisor to lead a new high-output site at Waterloo Corner. You will run batching and loading, coordinate with Project Manager and site teams, and drive safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee maintenance, optimize cycle times, and manage relationships with a tier 1 client while guiding a high-performing team on 12-hour rotating shifts.

• Optimise cycle times to maintain throughput.
• Oversee maintenance and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead site meetings and contribute to operational discussions.
