Job summary

Qantas Airways is recruiting a Cell Leader for Component Maintenance Services in Melbourne (Tullamarine). You will lead and develop a multi-skilled trades team, ensuring safe, reliable maintenance work and adherence to quality standards, SLAs and regulatory requirements.

You'll drive continuous improvement, coach technicians, manage performance, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to deliver excellent service for the fleet and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading skilled trades teams.
• Proven track record in safe, high-quality maintenance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, IR and environmental requirements.
