Job summary

Airswift is seeking an onsite Lead Civil & Structural Engineer based in Gladstone, QLD, on a 12-month contract with extension potential. You will provide technical leadership across capital, brownfield and greenfield projects in industrial, energy, infrastructure and operational facilities, combining hands-on engineering with client engagement.

Degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead civil and structural engineering projects across industrial, energy, resources, and infrastructure sectors.
Deliver engineering solutions that meet quality, safety, regulatory, budget, and schedule requirements.
Build strong client relationships and understand their business, operational, and technical needs.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities, defining project scopes, and contributing to proposals and cost estimates.
Provide technical oversight for designs, calculations, reports, specifications, and site-related issues.
Mentor and support engineers and designers to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Represent the organization in client meetings, technical discussions, site visits, and business development activities.
