Aurecon Group is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer in our Land Infrastructure team in Brisbane. You will lead civil design and delivery across energy, airports, subdivisions, water programs, rail and highways to Shape solutions for clients and communities.

You will guide multidisciplinary design, build strong client relationships and mentor engineers while advancing project and bid management. Brisbane-based roles welcome flexible arrangements where possible.

Formación

• 7+ years of post-graduate civil engineering experience.
• RPEQ accreditation or CPEng with progress towards RPEQ.
• Experience leading civil design and delivery of energy or infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing capability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil infrastructure projects from bid to delivery, within time and budget.
• Provide civil design leadership and collaborate with other disciplines to develop integrated solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships and grow your professional network.
• Coach and mentor civil engineers, designers and drafters.
• Contribute to team leadership, project management and bid management activities.
