Job summary

Netflix Animation Studios in Sydney seeks a Character Modeling Supervisor to lead the character modeling team on a feature project. You will translate show designs into high-quality 3D assets, ensuring they're ready for rigging, surfacing, CFX and animation.

You will mentor modelers, review work, and collaborate with the Head of Characters and cross-department teams to maintain style, anatomy, and pipeline standards. Hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a character modeling team, with strong oversight of anatomy and topology.
• Proven ability to mentor modelers, review work, and enforce pipeline standards.
