Job summary

Lanes Group Ltd is seeking a field operative to operate mainline and pushrod CCTV camera units, surveying drainage networks across diverse sites. You will inspect and assess sewer systems to identify blockages, defects, cracks, collapses and other issues so that timely repairs can be planned.

Based in Washington, you will work Monday to Friday, maintain safety, update site documentation on a tablet, and uphold our high service standards while following approved methods.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Desirable: Banksman experience.
• Desirable: Manual Handling Training.
• Desirable: Emergency First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain great customer service and communication
• Updating and completing site documentation using electronic tablet
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements and safe system of work.
• Report any issues or hazards by following company procedures
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to assist with various tasks
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Wearing and maintaining in good condition any Personal Protective Equipment.
