Job summary

Lanes Group is recruiting for a CCTV Drainage Support role within the Drainage/Depot Network to assist engineers with inspecting, surveying and assessing drainage systems using CCTV equipment.

You will support identification of blockages and defects, update site records on electronic tablets, and ensure work follows approved methods and safety procedures. Based at Washington, Tyne and Wear, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license (Required).
• Banksman (Desirable).
• Manual Handling (Desirable).
• Emergency First Aid (Desirable).
• NRSWA (Desirable).
• EUSR National Water Hygiene (Desirable).
• Medium risk confined space (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain great customer service and communication.
• Adhere to company absence reporting procedure.
• Updating and completing site documentation using electronic tablet.
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with approved method statements and safe system of work.
• Report any issues or hazards by following company procedures.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to assist with various tasks.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Wearing and maintaining in good condition any Personal Protective Equipment.
