IFYS is seeking a skilled Case Manager in Greenbank to lead a frontline residential program and a team of Residential Youth Workers. The role focuses on delivering high standards of care in a safe living environment and making a positive impact on children and young people.

The position offers a permanent leadership role, full-time Monday-to-Friday arrangements, and a base salary of $110,350 per annum plus superannuation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a related setting.
• Tertiary qualification at Diploma level or higher.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate a team.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience in maintaining program compliance; able to continuously learn and adapt.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day running of the program.
• Provide leadership and supervision to all staff; support development.
• Ensure trauma-informed care and a safe, hygienic environment for young people.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and ensure reporting requirements.
• Write safety plans and contribute to behaviour support plans.
• Attend meetings and critical appointments with young people.
• Plan rosters reflecting smart rostering and compliance.
• Coordinate developmentally appropriate activities aligned with case plans.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff.
