Qualifications

Manager and barista experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Ability to supervise day-to-day operations of the café.
Available Tuesday - Saturday is a must.
Passionate about coffee making and food preparation.
Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing availability.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Proven ability to lead from the front and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

Craft high-quality coffee and beverages, including food prep as needed.
Lead and support the team during shifts, maintaining a positive work environment.
Oversee day-to-day cafe operations and ensure tasks are completed during shifts.
Maintain excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Lead by example with strong work ethic and professionalism.
Monitor product quality to ensure consistency with Early Bird standards.
Assist with training new team members.
