Job summary

ACTIVECO is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a 2–4 person crew on long-term council contracts in Moreton Bay & Logan. You will plan and allocate work, keep site records and audits, and liaise with council officers. Mentoring your crew through tickets is a key part of the role.

We offer a strong hourly rate and the opportunity to progress to more crews, contract oversight, and training responsibilities, with autonomy on site.

Qualifications

• Bush regen and natural area management experience with crew leadership.
• Driver's license and White Card are essential.
• ACDC or ChemCert certification and related safety training highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 2–4 and plan/allocate the work.
• Maintain site records, audits and reporting.
• Liaise with council officers and superintendents.
• Mentor crew through their tickets.
