Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment seeks a Senior Services Manager for a Tier 2 builder in Western Sydney, overseeing major new build projects up to $400M. You will manage the full services lifecycle from design coordination to handover, leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring program, quality and technical outcomes.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, stakeholder management and a proven track record on complex health, commercial or government projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Services Manager in Australia.
Strong delivery track record on major new build projects.
Excellent technical understanding across building services disciplines.
Experience managing services from design through handover.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant engineering or construction qualifications.

Responsibilities

Lead management and coordination of building services packages (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, communications).
Oversee design development, coordination and value engineering.
Manage services procurement, subcontractors, programme and performance.
Coordinate delivery between consultants, subcontractors and construction teams.
Oversee commissioning, testing, QA, compliance and handover.
Provide technical leadership and resolve complex services issues.
