Job summary

Round Table Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced AV Site Lead to oversee multiple corporate, education, and government AV installations across the VIC region. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with Project Managers, and ensure high standards in video conferencing, displays, LED walls and modern workplace spaces.

You will be client facing and responsible for project delivery from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Senior AV installations experience is required.
• Field quality control and cabling works will be performed.
• Experience with electrical license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV installations across corporate, education and government projects.
• Mentor and manage junior staff on site.
• Deliver projects alongside Project Managers to meet expectations.
• Oversee video conferencing, displays, LED walls and collaboration spaces.
• Maintain client relationships and represent the company on site.

About the company

A new-era Audio Visual System Integrator, based out of 3 states in Australia & have over 100+ employees, who have taken the lead on the corporate technology industry are looking for a AV Site Lead to join their VIC team.

The Role:

An AV Site Lead required to work across multiple projects, all corporate, education, and government bodies alongside a team of technicians / installers. You will be responsible for installations of video conferencing, visual displays, custom LED video walls and modern workplace collaboration spaces.

You will manage and mentor junior staff and be responsible for full projects of installation alongside Project Managers to ensure work is delivered in line with expectations.

Requirements:

• VC, Audio Visual and Control systems such as AMX, Creston, Extron, Cisco and Poly.
• Ideally you have led an AV team or project
• Senior experience in Audio Visual installations and technical experience (Electrical, cabling, Telco, or IT installations also considered)
• Field quality control, cable rough ins and service fit outs all fall under your responsibilities
• You will be client facing, representing the business to complete full installations across a range of industries
• Experience with a range of hand tools / Electrical license would be ideal
