Job summary

Capgemini in Newcastle, Australia is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and operationalize advanced AI, ML, and Generative AI systems at enterprise scale. You will bridge prototypes to live deployments, ensuring responsible scaling and delivering business value.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, architect Generative AI solutions including RAG pipelines, and collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to drive client value.

Qualifications

• Experience in a major consulting firm or industry.
• Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical client sponsors to design and implement solutions.
• Experience in developing MLOps strategies and delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies.
