Job summary

Resolian Inc. in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Scientist to ensure GLP/GCP compliance and deliver high-quality analytical data. You will develop methods, interpret results, and maintain rigorous documentation in an fast-paced lab environment.

You will work closely with study directors, QA, and other teams to ensure timely study delivery, mentor junior staff, and contribute to SOPs and reports while upholding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of GLP (FDA, EMA and OECD) and GCP regulations (as applicable), as well as 21 CFR Part 11 (electronic records and electronic signatures).
• Experience with sample handling in an industrial laboratory.

Responsibilities

• Comply with laboratory health and safety standards.
• Process, evaluate, review and interpret data results
• Collaborate closely with project teams, study directors/PI, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality study delivery.
• Drafting/reviewing SOPs, methods and reports.
• Collaborate across teams, departments, and sites.
• Participate in ongoing laboratory and regulatory training.
