Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Sydney is seeking an experienced senior leader to lead and mentor a team of lawyers across commercial, property and employment matters. You will provide high-level policy and strategic advice to senior executives and key stakeholders, shaping legal direction for the organisation.

The role emphasises collaboration, stakeholder engagement and rigorous analysis, with responsibility for research, submissions on reform issues and guiding strategic policy projects to deliver

Qualifications

• Experienced lawyer with a strong background in commercial law & policy.
• Demonstrated people management experience, with ability to lead, mentor and develop a team of lawyers.
• Strong legal research, analytical and drafting skills for complex legal and policy matters.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative leader who can manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
