Job summary

Naiman Clarke in Sydney is seeking a planning and environment lawyer with 3-4 years PQE to join a top-tier firm known for advising on significant development, infrastructure, energy and regulatory matters. You will work closely with leading partners on advisory and contentious matters across major projects.

The role offers exposure to major project delivery, strategic advisory and complex disputes, with a hybrid working arrangement and generous leave. Bonus potential is aligned with hours worked.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years PQE in planning, environment, or local government law.
• Knowledge of NSW planning laws desirable.
• Strong drafting abilities and client management skills.

The work spans major project delivery, strategic advisory and complex disputes, giving you broad exposure across the full lifecycle of significant developments.

The ideal candidate:

• 3 - 4 years PQE in planning, environment, or local government law.
• Knowledge of NSW planning laws desirable.
• Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability
• Excellent communication and client management skill
• Commercial judgement and confidence working on complex matters
