The role

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, and hard-working to join one of Australia’s fastest growing law firms.

This is a role for a Lawyer or Senior Associate to join Partner, Elena Stojcevski in the Melbourne office. Elena is commercially-focused senior litigator, who specialises in complex construction and commercial disputes but also provides front-end services to her clients.

Elena has been recognised within the Legal 500 rankings for ‘consistently demonstrating exceptional performance throughout engagement. She exemplifies dedication, professionalism, and a deep commitment to achieving outstanding results for her clients’.

The Construction & Infrastructure team works across New Energy, Real Estate and Civil Infrastructure market groups within the firm – so you will have the opportunity to work on a broad cross-section of major projects.

We’re looking for someone:

• Admitted lawyer within Australia.
• With 3 – 7 years’ experience.
• Who has Construction and Infrastructure experience with a back-end focus but with some front-end experience, gained either inhouse or within a reputable firm.
• We are open to those with a mixture of front-end and back-end experience, who is keen to work across both service areas.
• With a genuine passion for Construction law.
• With an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
