We advise on public, professional, product and employers\' liability claims, workers\' compensation claims, employment practices liability claims, treatment liability (medical negligence), discrimination claims, defamation allegations, and sensitive claims.

While some experience in advising insurers is desirable, we also recognise the depth of experience that can be acquired working in a broader disputes or plaintiff-focussed practice.
