Job summary

Montgomery Advisory in Australia seeks a lawyer with 3-4 years PQE to advise on complex public M&A and ECM matters. You will handle IPOs, equity raisings, governance and compliance for listed entities, financial institutions, investors and growth businesses.

Working alongside recognised market leaders, you will contribute to high-profile deals, develop client relationships, and receive close mentorship with meaningful responsibility as your career progresses.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' post-qualification experience in a corporate practice
• Experience advising listed entities and understanding Australian regulatory landscape
• Interest in capital markets, corporate transactions and company advisory work
• Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded, proactive and keen to develop in a high-performing team

About You

• 3-4 years' post-qualification experience gained within a reputable corporate practice
