About the role:

• Work across sophisticated corporate insolvency, restructuring and commercial litigation matters.
• Advise insolvency practitioners, creditors, companies, directors and other stakeholders in relation to complex insolvency and restructuring disputes.
• Gain exposure to high-value and high-profile matters, with hands-on involvement from an early stage.
• Work alongside senior practitioners with significant experience handling some of the market’s most complex insolvency matters.

The ideal candidate:

• Associate with 3-5 years PQE in commercial litigation and insolvency
• Strong technical skills and an interest in developing deeper expertise in complex insolvency disputes
• Comfortable taking ownership of matters while working closely with Partners and clients
• Commercial, pragmatic and confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
