Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated lawyer to assist with a growing workload across a range of property-related matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable candidate looking for flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality work in a professional environment.

About the role

You will work directly with the firm principal on a variety of matters, including:

• Residential and commercial conveyancing
• Building and construction disputes
• Strata and property law matters
• Legal research, document preparation and client correspondence

The role is full-time, offering flexibility to WFH and in the office and the opportunity to work with a boutique firm that values precision, efficiency and excellence in client service.

About you

We welcome applications from lawyers with between 1 and 5 years PQE.

You will ideally have:

• Experience in at least one of the following: conveyancing, property law, construction law or strata law
• Strong attention to detail and drafting skills
• Ability to manage files and deadlines independently
• A proactive and professional approach to work

Experience with NSW conveyancing and electronic settlements (PEXA) will be highly regarded.
