Job summary

GroundUp Maintenance Solutions in Brisbane is seeking casual grounds maintenance staff to join our growing team. You will mow, edge and brushcut, trim hedges and keep outdoor areas neat and well presented.

We provide all equipment, uniforms and PPE; steady year-round work across 350+ properties; comprehensive safety training; and real opportunities to progress into senior roles as we expand.

Qualifications

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Blue Card and National Police Check, or willingness to obtain them.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
• A safety-first mindset and reliable attitude.

• Hedge trimming, pruning and garden tidy ups
• Keeping outdoor areas neat, safe and well presented
• Operating equipment safely and doing basic maintenance on it
• Following WHS standards and pre-start checks on every site

What You'll Be Doing

• Mowing, edging and brushcutting

What You'll Bring

Must have:
