Coochie Hydrogreen is an Australian-owned family business with 20 years of experience in providing superior lawns to homes. We are seeking a friendly and self-motivated person to join our team.

Position Details

• This is a full-time position servicing clients around the Helensvale/Coomera areas, with a 3-month probation period.
• It is essential to be neat, tidy, and well presented.
• Proven steady job history and a good driving record are required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Enjoy working outdoors and managing a dynamic weekly schedule.
• No experience required; training and ongoing support will be provided.
• Experience in sales, customer service, turf, or horticulture is advantageous.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Carry out lawn care services on a regular scheduled cycle.
• Manage your days using job management software (phone provided).
• Provide clients with advice and support, ensuring prompt responses.
• Fertilising lawns, spraying weeds and pests (excluding lawn mowing, gardening, or landscaping).
• Conduct free lawn assessments and quotes.
• Maintain a reasonable level of fitness for large amounts of walking.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to help clients achieve and maintain lawns year-round.
