Job summary

Chambers Russell Lawyers in Sydney is seeking a talented Law Graduate to begin their legal career in early 2027 within a high-performing team.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers across litigation, dispute resolution and advisory matters, gaining hands-on exposure while gradually taking on greater responsibility as your skills develop in a supportive, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Completed, or nearing completion of a Bachelor of Laws or equivalent qualification.
• Working towards admission as a lawyer in New South Wales
• Previous experience working in a legal environment as a paralegal, law clerk, or legal assistant.
• A sound understanding of the litigation process and a genuine interest in developing your skills in dispute resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive approach, strong initiative, willingness to learn and a collaborative, team-focussed mindset are essential.

About the role

We are looking for a talented Law Graduate to join our Sydney team in early 2027. This is an exciting opportunity for a law graduate looking to commence their legal career in a supportive and high-performing environment.

Working closely with our experienced lawyers and partners, you will gain hands on exposure to a broad range of matters and develop your skills across litigation, dispute resolution and advisory work. You will be supported to gradually take on greater responsibility and manage your own matters as your experience and capability develop.

About You
