Job summary

Slater and Gordon Lawyers is seeking a Law Clerk to support our Superannuation & Disability Insurance team across Bankstown or Penrith offices. This is a Full Time, Permanent role with potential for Part-Time arrangements.

What are we looking for?

Our Superannuation & Disability Insurance team is growing, and we are now seeking a Law Clerk to join either our Bankstown or Penrith Office. This is a Full Time, Permanent role, however Part-Time opportunities will be considered. Your energy and drive will be integral in achieving successful outcomes along with your positive approach to your work. In this role you will assist the team in managing and progressing Superannuation & Disability Insurance matters, as you review reports and files and prepare draft legal correspondence.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

• Review, analyse and summarise documentation
• Preparing legal correspondence, court documents and briefs when required
• Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations
• Working closely with the legal teams to advance legal matters for clients.

To be eligible for this position, you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with full and unrestricted working rights in Australia. Proof of work rights will be required as part of the Slater and Gordon application process.
