Job summary

Law Partners Injury Lawyers in Sydney is seeking an experienced Law Clerk to support a Senior Solicitor leading a busy Workers Compensation practice. You will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a variety of liability matters within plaintiff personal injury.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a personal injury law firm is essential
• Exposure to workers compensation matters (highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
• Genuine interest in building a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury

We are currently seeking an experienceed Law Clerk to support a Senior Solicitor leading a busy and established Workers Compensation practice.

About the Role

Working closely with a Senior Solicitor, you will play a key role in managing public liability files from inception through to resolution. You will gain valuable hands-on experience and ongoing mentorship while developing your technical and client management skills
