Job summary

Moxy Services on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Laundry Supervisor/Manager to oversee our multi-shift laundry operation and cleaning service support function at the Maroochydore depot. You will lead a team of 3-6, coordinate client pick-up and delivery schedules, and ensure linen and towels for over 200 properties meet exact standards and turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a laundry supervisor, manager or facility lead.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-standard linen for luxury resort and holiday rental clients.
• Proficiency in tracking and reporting on key operational metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workflow, inventory, stocktakes, and daily supply distribution efficiently under tight turnarounds.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the Operations Lead, cleaners, and laundry team.

Moxy Services is a leading provider of outsourced resort and Airbnb housekeeping and cleaning services on the Sunshine Coast. We have an in-house commercial laundry at our Maroochydore depot where we launder all of our linen and towels for over 200 properties as well as fulfil large laundry contracts for prominent clients.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking an experienced Laundry Supervisor/Manager to oversee the multi-shift laundry operation and cleaning service support function. The position is responsible for managing a team of 3-6 team members across day and evening shifts making sure that both internal linen and customer-owned goods (COG) is processed to exact standards and turnaround times and all tools and supplies are available to the cleaning team on a daily basis.

WHAT IS INVOLVED:

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU:

Previous experience as a laundry supervisor, manager or facility lead

Strong commitment to delivering spotless, high-standard linen for luxury resort and holiday rental clients.

Proficiency in tracking and reporting on key operational metrics

Demonstrated ability to manage workflow, inventory, stocktakes, and daily supply distribution efficiently under tight turnarounds.

Proven management capability, with ability to train, lead and develop staff, design and implement processes and coordinate labour and delivery schedules across multiple shifts

Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with the Operations Lead, cleaners, and laundry team.
