The Coles Group invites applications for a Last Mile Transport Team Manager at our Wetherill Park Customer Fulfilment Centre. The role leads the customer delivery operations, ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance while supporting online sales growth.

You will oversee a transport and delivery team, collaborate across business units, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading last mile and transport/logistics cross-dock operations.
• Ability to influence and communicate with senior leaders.
• Experience driving a culture of customer focus and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive a customer-focused culture across CFC delivery operations.
• Manage the transport and customer delivery team within CFC operations.
• Collaborate with other Coles units to enable online sales growth.
• Execute strategy plans to achieve ecommerce and operations objectives.
• Contribute to development of organisational strategies within Customer Fulfilment Centre & Spoke operations.
• Champion safety and lead a safety-first operational culture.
