The Coles Group in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver Team Manager to oversee CFC last mile operations and drive a safety‑conscious, customer‑first culture. You will lead the transport and delivery team, collaborate with other Coles units, and implement strategies to support ecommerce growth.

The role requires flexibility, weekend work, and a focus on safety and performance. Experience in last mile/transport operations and leadership is essential.

• Contribute to the development of organisational strategies and plans within Customer Fulfilment Centre & Spoke operations.
• Be a champion for safety and lead an operational safety-first culture.
