Aqua Laser Clinic in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Laser & Skin Therapist to provide professional laser and advanced skin treatments while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will conduct detailed consultations, assess individual concerns and create tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their skin and body goals.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
• Hands-on experience as Laser and Skin Therapist.
• Experience in laser hair removal, facials and advanced skin treatments.
• Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal, advanced facials and skin treatments.
• Conduct professional consultations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Confidently recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
• Educate clients about treatment preparation, aftercare and ongoing maintenance.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Follow all clinic safety, hygiene and treatment protocols.
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and results-focused team.
