Aqua Laser Clinic in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Laser & Skin Therapist to provide professional laser and advanced skin treatments while delivering an exceptional client experience. You will conduct detailed consultations, assess individual concerns and create tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their skin and body goals.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
• Hands-on experience as Laser and Skin Therapist.
• Experience in laser hair removal, facials and advanced skin treatments.
• Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

We are looking for an experienced Laser & Skin Therapist who is confident, motivated and passionate about helping clients achieve outstanding results.

About the Role

As an experienced Laser & Skin Therapist, you will provide professional laser and advanced skin treatments while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will conduct detailed consultations, assess each client’s individual concerns and create tailored treatment plans to help them achieve their skin and body goals. You will also recommend suitable products and ongoing treatments to support and maintain their results.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal, advanced facials and skin treatments
• Conduct professional consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Confidently recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products
• Educate clients about treatment preparation, aftercare and ongoing maintenance
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings

About You

• Previous hands-on experience as a Laser and Skin Therapist
• A Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
• Practical experience in laser hair removal, facials and advanced skin treatments
• Strong consultation and treatment-planning skills
• Confidence in recommending treatments and skincare products
• A proven ability to meet or exceed sales and KPI targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A professional, reliable and positive attitude
• The ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced clinic
• Availability to work at least five days per week, including Saturdays
