MediAesthetics Queensland is seeking a passionate Laser, Skin & Body Educator & Trainer to join our part-time team. You’ll deliver engaging education and practical training across our clinics, helping therapists elevate skills, confidence and treatment outcomes.

This role suits an experienced therapist or educator who wants to broaden their impact by mentoring others, upholding clinical standards and sharing expertise.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Significant experience in laser, advanced skin and body treatments.
• Knowledge of medical-grade laser technologies.
• Experience in training, education, mentoring or team development is highly regarded.
• Clinical experience with Candela or other leading medical-grade devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging education and practical training across Queensland clinics.
• Coach therapists to build technical capability, treatment confidence and consultation skills.
• Identify development opportunities and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Develop and deliver education that aligns with clinical protocols, treatment standards and business objectives.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, products and treatment techniques.

At MediAesthetics, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Laser, Skin & Body Educator & Trainer to join our team in Queensland on a part-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about advanced skin, laser and body treatments and loves sharing their knowledge with others. You’ll play a key role in educating and developing our clinic teams, helping therapists build their confidence, technical capability and treatment knowledge while maintaining exceptional clinical and client experience standards.

As a Laser, Skin & Body Educator & Trainer, you’ll deliver engaging education and practical training across our Queensland clinics, supporting team members to develop their technical skills and confidence across advanced treatments.

You’ll work closely with clinic teams and leadership to identify development opportunities, deliver structured training and provide ongoing coaching and support.

This role is ideal for an experienced therapist or educator who wants to step into a broader role where they can share their expertise, influence clinical standards and help others succeed.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Deliver engaging laser, skin and body treatment education and training across Queensland clinics
• Facilitate practical, hands-on training and demonstrations across a range of advanced treatments and technologies
• Coach and mentor therapists to build technical capability, treatment confidence and consultation skills
• Support the onboarding and development of new team members
• Develop and deliver education that aligns with clinical protocols, treatment standards and business objectives
• Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, products and treatment techniques
• Identify individual and team development opportunities and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Work collaboratively with clinic leaders and internal stakeholders to support consistent clinical standards
• Help teams confidently deliver exceptional treatment outcomes and client experiences
• Contribute to a positive, high-performing learning culture across our Queensland network

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Diploma or higher qualification in Beauty Therapy
• Significant experience in laser, advanced skin and body treatments
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade laser and aesthetic technologies
• Previous experience in training, education, mentoring or team development is highly regarded
• Clinical experience with Candela or other leading medical-grade devices will be highly regarded
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about education, professional development and helping others succeed
• Confident delivering both theoretical and practical training
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to travel between Queensland clinics
• A positive, collaborative mindset and commitment to ongoing learning
• Current industry knowledge and a strong understanding of treatment safety, protocols and client care
