Job summary

Multicultural NSW is seeking a Service Delivery Manager, Planning and Coordination to lead language services workforce planning across interpreting and translation, ensuring high-quality services across NSW. You will drive operational performance, coach Team Leaders, manage resource allocation, and engage with government clients to improve access to essential services for diverse communities.

This is an ongoing full-time role based in Parramatta with a salary range of AU$133,348 to AU$146,945

Qualifications

• Experience in service delivery, workforce planning, or operational coordination.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume environments.
• Experience using data to inform decisions and improve service outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of language services or government service environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage workforce planning and resource allocation across interpreting, translation and priority service channels.
• Monitor service demand, capacity, utilisation and performance to support operational decisions.
• Coordinate court coverage and other critical service delivery commitments.
• Lead and develop Team Leaders and staff to maintain high service standards.
• Resolve issues and escalations in a fast-paced environment.
• Build strong relationships with government clients and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable and continuous improvement culture.
