WESTERN EARTHMOVING PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Landscape Tradesperson to join the WEM Scape maintenance team across sites in Sydney and surrounding regions. You will maintain trees, shrubs, turf and garden beds, performing mowing, edging, pruning and weed control to ensure high-quality presentations.

• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and processes.
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• A strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards.
• A Construction White Card.
• A current Driver’s Licence and flexibility to travel between project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain trees, shrubs, turf, garden beds and other softscape elements to ensure healthy growth and high presentation standards.
• Undertake landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, fertilising and weed control.
• Operate and maintain small plant and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers and spray units.
• Support the Maintenance Account Manager with site inspections, monitoring plant health and ensuring maintenance services meet required quality standards.
• Ensure sites are maintained in a safe, clean and presentable condition and works are completed in accordance with environmental requirements.
• Mentor Landscape Labourers and Apprentices, sharing your knowledge and supporting the development of the team.

The Opportunity

WEM Scape has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Landscape Tradesperson to join our Maintenance team.

With a strong portfolio of work and multiple projects underway across Sydney’s North and Southwest, you’ll work across a variety of sites maintaining high-quality landscaped spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain trees, shrubs, turf, garden beds and other softscape elements to ensure healthy growth and high presentation standards.
• Undertake landscape maintenance activities including mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, fertilising and weed control.
• Operate and maintain small plant and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers and spray units.
• Support the Maintenance Account Manager with site inspections, monitoring plant health and ensuring maintenance services meet required quality standards.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
