Job summary

Grolife Landscape Management in Brisbane is seeking experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leaders and offsiders to join our growing, professional crew. You will lead a 2-person team delivering high-quality maintenance across commercial sites, with a focus on safety, reliability and client satisfaction.

The role offers a 4-day work week with above-award pay, structured increases based on performance, and opportunities for funded education up to a Diploma in Horticulture.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and lead a team
• Willingness to obtain ACDC Licence and First Aid certificate
• White Card and First Aid certification preferred
• Certificate in Horticulture or Diploma in Horticulture preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your own 2-person crew
• Deliver high-quality landscape maintenance across commercial sites
• Mowing, hedging, pruning, weed control and general horticultural work
• Irrigation diagnostics, repairs and maintenance
• Manage daily schedule, job completion and site standards
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely and professionally
• Communicate with clients and management, reporting works through company systems
• Spot issues early and implement solutions

What you'll be doing

Leading and managing your own 2-person crew
