We are a close knit team focused on deliverying high quality gardening/landscape maintenance at commercial sites e.g. shopping centres; retirement villages; hotels etc.

WHAT WE OFFER...

Brisbane based work - sites primarily on the south side.

Commercial landscape maintenance (not construction).

Annual profit share for all team members.

WHAT WE ARE NOT:

Advance Plants is focused on excellence in commercial landscape maintenance and are disciplined at what we say 'no' to. For example, we do NOT do:

Council mowing / highway mowing / parks. Our team prefers to focus on high quality gardens.

Small commercial sites. Our team prefers larger commercial sites, rather than driving to lots of small sites in a day.

Residential sites. We focus on large shopping centres, hotels, body corporates etc rather than individual homes.

Landscape construction. Our speciality is providing high quality garden maintenance rather than building new landscapes.

Applicants must have experience in landscape maintenance (i.e. gardening) and/or a relevant horticultural qualification (e.g. TAFE Cert III).

Applicants must have permanent work rights in Australia. This role is not suitable for those that require sponsorship and/or on working holiday visas.

A current driver's licence is essential.
