Local Workforce Hire seeks reliable general labourers and trade assistants for ongoing casual assignments with competitive pay. Roles include landscaping, construction, warehouse work and shopfitting support across various sites.

Immediate start and regular shifts with weekly earnings are available. Ideal candidates hold a Construction White Card, at least 12 months' experience, and a valid driver’s licence with reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• PPE: Steel-capped boots, Safety glasses, High-visibility clothing.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
