Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across multiple sites in the region. Earn consistent weekly pay with the possibility of permanent roles after proving reliability on site, with superannuation and travel allowance included.

You will perform varied tasks across construction, landscaping, shopfitting and industrial settings, supporting trades and handling materials while adhering to site safety and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse labouring duties across landscaping, construction, warehouse fit-outs, shopfitting and related sites.
• Site preparation, material handling, digging, trenching, lifting and carrying materials.
• Assist qualified tradespeople and support general site cleanliness and final cleans.
• Maintain safety and PPE compliance on active worksites.
