Natural Outlook Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our garden maintenance division. The successful applicant must have experience in all areas of garden maintenance. With a focus on maintaining high-end landscaped properties, we are looking for an exceptional talent who is genuinely passionate about improving the look, health and vitality of our gardens. A horticulture qualification would be highly regarded. Applicants must be enthusiastic about working in the landscape industry and be committed to ensuring excellent workmanship at all times.

Required Skills and Experience

The successful applicant must have experience in all areas of garden maintenance including pruning and hedging, lawn care, weed identification, disease identification and treatment, and irrigation system management. A qualification in horticulture would be preferred, however, if suitable experience can be demonstrated then these applicants will also be considered. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in garden maintenance to be considered for this role.

The successful applicant must also;

• Be punctual and well presented;
• Be self-motivated, hardworking and efficient;
• Have a current driver's licence and experience with towing a trailer;
• Have great attention to detail and passion for outstanding results.

Remuneration will be discussed with the successful applicant and will be dependent upon experience. Uniform will be provided to the successful applicant.

Transport, trailer and all maintenance tools will be provided for use in the role.
