Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 plus Superannuation
Location: Park Orchards, Melbourne, Australia

At Garden More Landscaping, we specialize in creating exceptional outdoor spaces that combine functionality, beauty, and sustainability. We serve both residential and commercial clients across Victoria and other states. Our services range from garden design and construction to turf installation, irrigation systems, and wet-pour rubber surfacing for playgrounds and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing plans and drawings as per the customer's requirements of landscape layout, plants, and materials.
  • Interpret and guide team members to follow landscaping plans throughout landscape construction.
  • Prepare soil and planting areas (including leveling and conditioning)
  • Select and install plants, turf, shrubs, and other garden features
  • Build and install hardscape and softscape elements such as fences, retaining walls, pergolas, paths, and water features
  • Prune and maintain trees, hedges, and plants
  • Apply pest, weed, and disease control treatments
  • Perform regular landscape maintenance to a high standard
  • Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or Landscape Construction (preferred)
  • Must have two years of experience in landscaping or garden maintenance in Australia
  • Good plant knowledge and understanding of soil, turf, and irrigation
  • Must have experience operating landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, hedgers)
  • Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
