Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a reliable General Labourer or Trade Assistant for ongoing casual placements across construction, landscaping and industrial sites in NSW. You will perform site prep, material handling, digging, and support qualified tradespeople on varied projects.

Expect consistent weekly pay, ongoing casual work, and genuine pathways into permanent employment. A Construction White Card and a valid driver license are preferred, with eligibility to work in Australia required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
